HOW CAN I FIND THE PERFECT SIZE WHICH WILL FIT ME BEST? + -
The size guide serves as a general guideline for helping you find your correct size fit. Our
silhouettes may vary ,and we do mention the same in the product description if the piece
happens to be oversized. We also provide the option for custom size in case your body
measurements vary from our standard size chart. So, you can fill in your custom size details
mentioned on each product page. Kindly write to us if you have any product related queries
at care@theconsciouscloset.in.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? + -
In that case, your order has already gone into production relatively soon after you have
placed your order. Therefore, we do not allow any cancellations once the order has been
placed. If you send us a mail after making the purchase and payment, we will be unable to
cancel the order. We strongly suggest you refer to our size guide before clicking on shop
now button.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOT THE SAME COLOR THAT I FIGURED IT WOULD BE? + -
The outfit pictures seen on the digital platforms/screens may vary slightly from the actual
outfit. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the digital image as colour changes from screen
to screen. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in original form and
describe these in detail, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the
actual colour of the product. So, we would not accept any return or exchange on the colour
ground.
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY TCC GARMENTS? + -
We have made your pieces with utmost care and love where each item is hand-made, hand
dyed and hand block printed. Natural fabrics and naturally dyed pieces do not need
frequent washes and are easy to maintain. Our garments must be hand washed or machine
washed in a gentle cycle in cold water (20-30°). Dry clean the outfits when needed. Tumble
dry is more preferable. Do not wring, twist or scrub as it can damage the fibre. We
recommend you to wash and iron your garments inside out.

Product Care page for detailed wash-care instructions.
CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ORDER? + -
Yes, we do offer customization only for the products we offer. While placing an order, we
have a CUSTOM section also at the product page where you can mention your
customization details. Please Email / WhatsApp us in case you have got more queries and
need guidance for customised outfits.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP? + -
Right now we ship only in India but we are planning to ship globally in coming months.
WHAT DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE? + -
For deliveries within India, we use Shree Maruti courier service as our shipping aggregator.
At the time of placing your order, please provide a valid contact number and your complete
shipping address including the pin code. This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your
order.
HOW DO I KNOW YOU’VE SHIPPED MY ORDER? + -
Tracking details are mailed to you after we ship your order. You will also get an SMS from
Shree Maruti Courier Services stating the shipment and tracking number, you can track the
courier at your end. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking details to update.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT? + -
We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners Club and
Maestro) , UPI and PayTm for domestic online purchases. You can also pay via net banking
or use our affiliated online wallets. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, you can opt
that option while checking out and please send us a message on +91 9773483259. Please
remember once you’ve made the payment via bank transfer, send us a receipt with your
order, address and contact details, and we’ll process your order.
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)? + -
Currently we do not accept COD.
HOW CAN I EDIT MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? + -
To make changes to your shipping address, please call our customer care number +91

are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? + -
The Conscious Closet works on “Made to order” basis, which means your product is stitched
once you place the order. This promotes our principle slow fashion and no wastage. Once
the product is ready, we will dispatch it to your address and send a shipping confirmation
through e-mail.
Orders are shipped within 15-20 working days. All orders are shipped from our workshop in
Surat, Gujarat using Shree Maruti Courier Services.
HOW DO YOU PROMOTE ETHICAL AND FAIR TRADE? + -
We strongly support fair trade and adhere to sustainable practises. Each one of our products
is entirely handmade from scratch, starting from procurement of natural fabrics to
delivering them responsibly in our eco-friendly packaging.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANICALLY CERTIFIED? + -
Our organic cotton fabric is GOTS certified, Bemberg super natural satin consists of 50%
ASAHI BEMBERG, issued by ITOCHU Corporation. We have gotten a ZDHC MRSL
conformance certificate for our naturally dyed fabrics approved by CONTROL UNION. Rest
assured, the main aim as a brand is our love for the planet, so we do our best to give you
sustainably produced clothing and accessories.
DO YOU OFFER A RETURN PICK UP SERVICE FOR ITEMS THAT I NEED TO EXCHANGE? + -
We don’t have a return pick-up service. The cost of couriering the product to our warehouse
shall be borne by the customer. TCC will only endure the reshipment expenses made from
the brand’s end. Kindly go through our Returns and Exchange Policy for further details. We
advise you to properly go through our size chart and product description before placing the
order to get your perfect fit.
HOW TO USE A STORE CREDIT VOUCHER? + -
If you have a store credit voucher in case of a return due to a faulty product, you can enter
the same at the checkout page in the discount codes box and it will be activated. These
vouchers can be used against an order of same or higher value. Please note that we won’t
return any monetary amount.

However, if you’re still unsatisfied, we provide an exchange for size and return for
hampered shipment. We also reserve the right to refuse to exchange and return requests if
the customer does not meet our requirements.
For returns and exchange, the product should be maintained and stored in a proper
manner. Any damage or negligence in the product may result in cancelling your request for
