INTRODUCTION 

We have “Free shipping” within India on prepaid orders (we only allow prepaid payment on all the order placed online). During offline presence like exhibition, both Cash and Card payment is accepted. Once you place an order, your items would be dispatched within 15-20 working days. Though we use one of India’s largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by the courier service, we will contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. By placing an order, you represent that the product’s order will be used only in a lawful manner and no harm would be done.

Being considerate you should understand that during festivals, adverse weather conditions or Pandemic situation, your shipment could get further delayed. We will try to ensure that your product reach you in given time and good condition.

ORDER SATUS AND DURATION

The Conscious Closet works on “Made to order” basis, which means your product is stitched once you place the order. This promotes our principle slow fashion and no wastage. Once the product is ready, we will dispatch it to your address and send a shipping confirmation through e-mail.

Orders are shipped within 15-20 working days. All orders are shipped from our workshop in Surat, Gujarat using Shree Maruti Courier Services. You will also get an SMS from Shree Maruti Courier Services stating the shipment and tracking number, you can track the courier at your end. Please note that it may take 24 hours for tracking details to update.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed on our website, we are unable to cancel the order for any reason. Therefore, order once placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Exchange and Return policy if you wish to exchange an item for size. Though you may mail us on care@theconsciouscloset.in within 24 hours of making the payment regarding any alterations or special note.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We can change the description of the product including details, content and prices or any part of the policy at any given time without any prior notice. We can change the courier service as well, with no prior notice and this would not hamper your courier.

We make the best effort and provide all the information appropriately, however digital screen shows a slight different colour, some part may not be clear enough, details would might be bit incorrect hence, we cannot take guarantee on the information being displayed. Additionally, we do not take any warranty for any product, this include guaranteed availability of any product at any given time or availability after the collection is out of stock.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship within India. However, we will be soon accepting international orders as well. We will update the Policy when we start with International orders and we will notify on our website as well.
