The actual outfit/ product may vary from the picture, video, graphical presence as it happens due to photography and lighting. This is not company’s responsibility and we do not take any warrant for any such discrepancies as the this is a natural experience.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS BY THE CONSCIOUS CLOSET
Due to inevitable circumstances, there may be times when we would have to cancel your validly placed order. The Conscious Closet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for some uncertain reasons. It might happen due to unforeseen reasons like fabric shortage, quality difference of fabric stock, inaccuracy of description like pricing on the website due to some glitch, problem identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
In case of a problem, we will further contact you for additional verification to accept your order. However, if problem still exists and you were charged with the order amount, we shall refund you with that. If there was use of gift card or a voucher in the order placed, we shall return that as well. You will be provided with a refund within 14 working days after the issue has been resolved.
DELIVERY
The Conscious Closet endeavours but does not take guarantee of the delivery time period as it can get delayed due to some unforeseen events or due to forces outside of our control like weather, strikes, pandemic, festivals etc. In no manner can the order be disavowed by the customer if the brand fails to deliver within the estimated time. However, if the customers fails to accept the delivery, we will charge you additional for the re-shipment.
LOSS IN TRANSIT
The Conscious Closet shall make all endeavours to deliver the product damage-free to the purchaser. However, we will provide you with a new product in return of a courier being lost in transit. This just implies till the time the courier has not been delivered to the address. If, the package is lost after the moment someone has accepted the courier, then we are not liable to offer you a new product.
In case of exchange or return, The Conscious Closet would not provide exchanged piece/ refund amount unless we receive the item back to our mentioned address from customer’s end. We should receive the shipment confirmation for the same within the time period mentioned in our Return and Exchange Policy.
